Never seem to get a straight answer from no one and I am always thrown from one person to the next and no one seems to know what's going on. And now for two days told to call at 8am about appointments and it's still going to the answering service and no one seems to know what's going on with the medical part. It seems to always be like this and it's getting old. No one seems to know what's going on and they don't like to return calls back either. Bad place and I will be changing doctors.

Mental health services are decent, but getting an appointment is difficult since they're usually booked out months in advance. Dental sucks, rough and shoddy work. Medical is also bad, they don't listen and refuse to be corrected. Rude nurse practitioners, A1C came back just a little bit higher than normal and they refused to take into account that I had been on two long bursts of steroids which are known to increase your blood sugar. Patronizing attitudes. I'll be going to a different clinic.

Mostly nice and knowledgeable people. There are issues once in a while but they work to amend them. I go in monthly for labs and have been a customer for years and Andy in the lab is exceptional at her job and just being courteous. Most of the staff are friendly so I'm not sure why so many subpar reviews

I used to love RH for pediatrician services. I tried to get my daughter in and was told that they were filled up for that day. So I asked about the next day, I was told that they wouldn’t schedule sick kids until 7:30am the next day. Absolutely ridiculous! I understand everyone is sick and trying to see doctors but my daughter is established patient here and should be able to schedule an appointment if she’s sick if not the day of, the day after. I tried calling 8+ times from 7:30 on to get my daughter in. All times I just got a voicemail till the 8 o’clock hour, then it just rang. I don’t know if the receptionist lied to me about their phone policy or if they just need a new phone system but something doesn’t add up! Denise was rude and interrupted me several times when I was trying to explain my situation. Love our pediatrician but the other staff do not measure up. I will be looking for a new office for pediatrician
