Finally got around to seeing a dentist after more than a few years and just chipping a tooth. I found Dr. Jones' office and have been quite happy so far. Extremely friendly and communicative staff. They were able to get me in last minute and accommodate some adjustments to the work I just had done. Top notch service. Fast, courteous, and reasonable.I will stick with Dr. Jones' office and update my review as appropriate. I'm sure they will get that fifth star though!!

Went in for a cleaning and first time consultation for a chipped front tooth. After the visit I scheduled an appointment for a crown. I was assured that the pre authorization would arrive before the appointment. Meanwhile, I was billed by the doctor for the cleaning, something that I was assured would be totally covered. After calling Cigna, I discovered they had not billed my provider. When I apprised them of this fact, they would not admit guilt, only offering, snidely, to send my records to another dentist.Any medical provider who is this incompetent, only adding to your stress and then not admitting fault, needs to be not only avoided but have their license removed.

Had first visit today and was nervous for sure since it's been a couple years since I was at dentist last. The office staff were so friendly and I was made to feel comfortable real quick. The dental assistant who took my X-rays was super friendly and the doctor who carefully reviewed my scans and did a full exam was so great. Felt like I've been going there for years and I look forward to making this my new dentist office! Thanks guys, you all were so kind!

Best dentist I have ever been to. The office staff are all incredibly sweet and always try to make you as comfortable as possible. Scheduling is easy and quick. Kenneth Jones does fantastic work.Example: I have a filling on my front tooth, and a piece came off, causing me discomfort. I called this morning to schedule an appointment, and they got me in two hours later. I had a 1 hour appointment in which they refilled my filling completely fixing my problem. I couldn't be happier with them!
