I went to Dr. Hale for a second opinion on my foot pain. He confirmed what I suspected. This was my first visit to Iowa Ortho. Dr Hale was easy to talk to and was professional. He listened to my concerns and questions and gave me his diagnostic option on how to proceed with treatment. I would definitely recommend.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Hale. He explained things calmly and listened to all the questions I had about my foot. He was knowledgeable and clear. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

I called in the morning after being in the ER over night. I explained that I felt I needed a 2nd opinion and they promptly scheduled me and got me in as soon as possible. Dr. Hale was a professional and very kind he actually listened to what I said. Thank you for your prompt attention to my needs.
