As with any place, the people make the difference -- and everyone here from check-in to check-out adds to a pleasant and positive experience. My cardiologist is Dr. Ammar and I am 100% happy with his background, expertise, thoroughness, and "bedside manner." I know I will be getting the care I need with him and the team here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR RISK YOUR HEALTH WAITING FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE.  My visit with the physician was wonderful very early in the year. I thought was going to get help for my high blood pressure and chest pains.  Unfortunately, the office staff is less than thrilled with the task of actually scheduling testing ordered by the physician.  Without testing, you cannot get treatment. I have tried for MONTHS to get testing rescheduled, which was canceled by The Heart Place due to the winter snow storms. It's now June. The staff member I finally was able to speak with last week told me she would call me back that afternoon, and never did - presumably because I asked if they would reschedule the 2 tests on the same date, the way they were scheduled early this year. She actually lied and claimed my insurance doesn't allow 2 tests on the same date, which is ridiculous.  When confronted about that being false, she made up another flimsy excuse, and then got very exasperated and said I would just have to call a different office to schedule part of the testing myself because she couldn't "accommodate my schedule."  Following up with another voicemail yesterday was a total waste of my time and energy.  Writing in to their website to try to get a response twice was a completely wasted effort.  This office obviously has more patients than it can handle, my business is not wanted or appreciated, and my health is obviously not important to the scheduling staff either.  One would hope that if the physician were aware of this it would make a difference, but at this point I'll never know because I'm working on finding another doctor.

I’ve been going here several times a year for two years and have never had a bad experience. The office staff has always been professional and caring. I love Dr. Rama. She always knows my medical history and concerns, actually listens to me, and cares about what is actually happening in my life (crying with me and celebrating with me). I can’t even imagine going anywhere else.

Do not go here. I have never been in such an unprofessional doctor's office. The receptionists were beyond unprofessional. When I made my first appointment, the receptionist with short hair showed every single employee my drivers license because it was an out of state license and it looked different. She literally did this right in front of me and kept laughing. I waited there for 30 mins while she was looking for an appointment date for me. While I was standing there the lady with short hair and the lady with glasses were joking about inappropriate things and having conversations with each other all while I was standing there.On my actual appointment day, I arrived on time with all paperwork complete and ready to go. They took my driver license and insurance cards, when I asked for them back she told me to sit down. After 45 minutes of waiting in the waiting room, I asked for my ID's back. They gave them back. I waited 15 more minutes before walking out. I waited for an hour and no one came up to me with updates or if they were running behind. Completely disrespectful and so unprofessional. Do not go here ---- AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Friendly, efficient office staff and Dr. Raza is an amazing caring physician.
