You are made to sign a waiver that you will NOT post negative reviews. It doesn't matter how terrible a surgeon, how dirty the facility, how rude the staff. You can't tell anyone. Seriously! You *have* to sign a waiver to get a transplant. So no accountability. No trust. When you read all of these positive reviews, remember that. Anyone that has had transplants here is at risk of being sued if they post anything other than a glowing review. There are around 50 reviews here. So how many dissatisfied patients have been through this facility? We will never know if it's tens, hundreds or thousands. For such a life changing surgery (if done properly) you'd expect more than just 50 reviews. Trust your instincts. Like if you agree.

Almost twenty years later and I have continuing breathing problems from botched reconstructed nose job by Dr. Lam. Scalp facia removal has caused hair loss and continuing pain. Ear cartilage removal has caused enduring pain and inability to wear face mask. I should never have chosen this Doctor.

I am a patient of Dr Lam. I had hair transplant surgery in June of 2020. The surgery was easy for me the patient and the staff were all very professional and helpful. They explained everything to me and set realistic expectations. It did not have any effect on my work schedule . My recovery went well and with in a few weeks I was doing most of my regular work out activities. I am so pleased with the results after just 6 months since I look younger and healthier, thank you to Dr Lam and his staff.

Overall, I had an excellent experience, very impressive... the staff was wonderful and Dr. Lam is very professional. I had the strip procedure done and I am very satisfied. The care of the staff, and the whole team, are to be commended. During the procedure, I was sedated and felt very little pain. Mostly, I slept throughout... they woke me up for lunch which was provided. I took another sedative after lunch and then woke again after the procedure was completed. Al in all, very satisfied with everything and would highly recommend Dr. Lam Institute for Hair Restoration to anyone considering this procedure. I was able to obtain a good result from what I can see, currently, I'm excited to see how the hair develops as the months pass and the results become more prominent. Afterwards, the staff called an Uber to take me to the Hotel and a member of Dr. Lams staffed stayed with me until the driver arrived! All in all, I'm rating 5 Stars!

Had my hair restoration done yesterday. It was easy and I’ve had no pain or issues so far. Staff is wonderful and very helpful all along the way. Looking forward to seeing the final results.

The doctor and most staff is good. Some practices are highly questionable. After dropping over $10k on surgery, the Karen at the front desk charged me $5 for a mask before people started wearing masks. She did this swiftly in 20 seconds without permission and threw the receipt in my face. Now they are running a racket of email consultation for $180 to write a prescription.

What a dream come true. Genetically I had sparse eyebrows and while I knew they weren't holding me back they still negatively affected my confidence. Being of African descent (having curly donor hair) finding a place to operate an eyebrow transplant was difficult. I went to four places you blatantly said no or suggested microblading. I came in to Lam Office for my free console and within five minutes they said it was possible and we were shaping a new brow with pen. After another console to discuss and months later surgery, and months later after recover/ fill actualization of results I have eyebrows that are perfect. There were some up and downs in my process getting here. But it's worth taking the first step and coming here. Doctors, nurses, and staff were so professional and warming. And they truly want the best for they're patients
