Quatela Vito's Online Review Report Card

I have tried to post several reviews and they were all removed. I had a bad experience with Dr. Quatela 3 years ago - unable to get my complaint resolved with his office. I went in for a routine bletharoplasty - my surgery was postponed until the last of the day, at 5 pm. I hardly was able to speak with him and he had a resident training with him who told me he was assisting with the surgery. When I woke up, my right and left eyes looked drastically different. My left eye was almost swollen shut. I was under the impression the resident did the left eye, but was told he did not. I developed a bad scar on the left eye, Dr. Quatela kept telling me to give it more time and it would heal. I saw another plastic surgeon in Rochester who told me that this should have been revised within months of the surgery. I was treated poorly by Dr. Quatela's staff. Last year I had Dr. Vega revise the scar - it is still healing & looks better, but I will have a permanent scar and ridge near my left eye. I am left with a bad result after a routine surgery, and this should not have happened. I regret having the surgery every time I look in the mirror. Dr. Quatela is highly rated in the Rochester area, and I unfortunately trusted him and his staff with my bletharoplasty. Please think twice before going here, do your homework and consider another surgeon. I should also mention that I paid for this surgery as well - no offer of a refund by Dr. Quatela's office, and I also paid co-pays for the scar revision with another surgeon.

This talented, knowledgeable, skilled surgeon is beyond the five star review. His demeanor is that of a kind, gentle and comforting physician.You feel you are in capable hands from the moment you meet him.The results for my upper eyelid surgery was very natural looking . I highly recommend this fine physician without hesitation!

Wonderful results. This physician cares about his patients and their satisfaction. My one eye needed a minor adjustment and he did it after a period of time of healing. He addressed my concerns and the end results is a happy patient. :) He and his staff reflect, courteousness, professionalism, kindness, and I highly recommend his services as he lives up to his reputation of Rochester's Best!

Dr. Quatela did my rhinoplasty... from the start with my consultation he made me feel like I could trust him. He listened to my concerns and thoughts about my nose and it turned out amazing. I am only 12 days post op and my nose already looks fantastic. I ve had such a great experience with not only him, but with the Quatela staff. If you live in Rochester or close by, go to Quatela you won t be disappointed. I can t wait to see what my nose looks like a month out from now. This has been such a fun and great experience. Thank you Dr. Quatela for making me feel better about myself.

I was fortunate in choosing an excellent Plastic Surgeon who not only did an amazing job but his whole staff was friendly and professional. I had a lower eye surgery (Bleph)where they normally remove the fat under your eyes where you have the puffy eyes or bags. I chose Dr. Quatela because he did a much improved version where instead of removing it he moved the fat where it would keep me from having a hollowed appearance and improved my eyes that now look ten years younger. Thank You Dr Quatela for your Amazing care and for allowing me to see such a dramatic change in my eyes.

Went in for a consultation with Dr. Heather Lee and learned very quickly how compassionate and dedicated she is to provide the highest quality of patient care. I felt comfortable immediately and trusted her expertise. She took the time to go through any questions I had thoroughly and got to know me as a person. HIGHLY recommend her! Lisa Daeffler, Dr. Lee's Patient Consultant was unable to join us for the consultation, but made it a point to stop me on my way out to introduce herself and sent a follow-up email. GREAT team!

Dr. Quatela and his staff are amazing! I had the best experience. I am 53 years old and recently divorced from a 30 year abusive marriage. My face showed all the worry and pain over the years. I felt like I had lost 30 years of my life. It took some time for me to get enough nerve to get the facelift. Dr. Quatela was so kind and assured me which gave me confidence. After the surgery I could not believe the difference. It took 15 years off my face. I feel it gave me 15 years back to my life to start a new beginning and a beautiful life. Dr. Quatela is a wonderful Doctor I will forever be thankful to him for giving me this gift. All the staff including Brook, Santina, and wonderful interns. Thank you amazing!

I can't rave enough about Dr Heather Lee and her team! Everyone was so nice & accommodating from the wonderful lady taking temp at front door to the receptionists in the front as well as surgery center. Easy to work with. Not pushy at all. Answered all my questions/very thorough with pre and post surgery care. Made me feel at ease day of surgery and thereafter. I have and will continue to refer Dr Lee to anyone looking to get rhinoplasty or anything else for that matter.

Amazing!!!! I got a nose job a while back and it looks so natural! I wouldn t trust anyone else. I am definitely coming here for future appointments or surgeries. Clean office, friendly and responsive staff. I would highly recommend to everyone, especially for such a life changing procedure :)

Dr. Quatela is thoughtful and careful in making decisions to treat my facial nerve problem. He takes the time to discuss options with me. Results are excellent.
