Dr Routhouska prescribed acetretin for psoriasis on my hands. She Failed to tell me all the hair on my head would fall out. That’s what i’m Dealing with right now. Had she told me it was a side effect from taking this drug, I would have NEVER taken this!! What woman would choose to lose all the hair on her head to get rid of a rash on her hands?It’s devistating!!

Just had my annual check-up-- excellent experience, as always. Dr. Routhouska works fast, but I never feel rushed, as another reviewer complained; rather, with her high energy level, razor intellect, and broad knowledge base, she is simply very effective at what she does, and uses her time (and mine) with exceptional efficiency. A well-deserved shout-out to her great office staff as well.

The absolute greatest dermatologist in the area- my whole family sees her and she’s the best. Very understanding and knowledgeable, especially for adolescent issues. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Routhouska for several years now. I have had a good relationship with her. Did not know I had psoriasis [thought "just" eczema]. She has treated me well with as little medication as I can have as she listens to me and knows I "don't like meds"! [I already take a lot.] She is friendly, upbeat and is interested in me as a person as much as her time allows. I am very glad to see her name listed here.

What a wonderful customer experience. Dr. Routhouska is knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, responsive - a pleasure to work with! I have only had 2 interactions with her (I am seeing her as a specialist) and both were incredibly positive. She diagnosed my issue within 5 minutes. It had stumped my primary care physician. High recommended!
