The staff are great and professional. Dr. Christoff is amazing! I had no idea how little oxygen I was getting due to a deviated septum. Had vertigo for 3 or 4 years which nothing helped. My surgery was painless and has improved my life greatly.
I developed a lump in my throat. My primary doctor referred me to Dr Chistoff. I made an appointment and at 9:45 the day of my appointment his office called me about my co-pay for the afternoon appointment. I explained my insurance would have my plan to pay only $60 co-pay. The manager of the office said no I would have to pay over $200. I said I am on a budget and do not have it. She then lectured me on how my insurance works and hung up on me. I called my I insurance and my employer made an error and had me on the wrong plan and would allow his office to call my insurance agent to get it cleared up. I called doctors office and they said no payment plan no helping me. I told her and explain my job would not let me off another day to come in and reschedule I asked for her manager and finally Jeffrey got on the phone and said he would not take me as a patient and they were not going to help me at all. I explained how my sister died from cancer and her lump and they hung up on me. He would not accept me or even listen to my story. None of this, the insurance was not my fault, I had to beg to get the day off from work, and the fact that they refused to help a person who is scared for her life and live pay check to pay check and on a budget with young kids at home is wrong for a doctor to dismiss me and refusing to help me is not what a doctor should do no matter if a new patient or not. Worst experience ever with a doctor I have ever had.
I went to this dr for mass in neck. Had to sit forever waiting and finally, after about 30 mins, he came in. Assistant was not very friendly nor was he. Very bad bedside manner. I will "never go back!"

Seemed to be all about the money..he wanted to put a tube in my ear immediately. After he did, his office never followed up with me. I was supposed to have additional work done. He said that they would check about insurance covering the new work, but never called back to notify either way. It is shameful how he/his office conducts business. It's been almost 2 years with NO followup.
Was already a patient, I called with terrible sore throat pain...called for appointment, they called me back, said he can't see me. Basically go to another doctor?? I don't know why they treat a patient like that??
I liked this doctor a lot looked forward to my next visit until his receptionist called me at home & asked me to bring my payment in full to my next appointment! I could not believe it when I listened to my home voicemail! I had lost my Benny Card and was waiting for a new one to arrive so I just made a partial payment at the time of my first appointment, after than message I paid it and full, and cancelled my next appointment... what a shame he seemed like a great dr.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
