The front desk staff was very rude. I’m a dental professional and was told my ear pain was due to TMJ. I do not have TMJ. Was sent home in pain and told to use ear plugs.

Dr. Biedenbach performed my thyroidectomy and it went good. Minimal scarring. Very courteous and professional staff!

Horrible experience! Don't trust him! If you cancel an appointment he will shut you down as a patient. Only because he didn't have the opportunity to double dip on your insurance! Go to Cleveland clinic! This guy is only about filling his wallet!

We did not have a very good experience with Dr. Beidenbach. He was very flippant and dismissive. Nothing was achieved by seeing him, so now my son is worse. I definitely would not recommend him. Also the office staff are rude and very unprofessional.

Very good Doctor, my kids have seen him for multiple things, he had very good bedside manner. His staff is also very nice I always have a good experience when calling or coming to this office
