Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Enteral supplies branch in Houston is almost nonexistent! Supplies, formula, all for my 10 yr old son- when called for monthly refill, I was told everything was good to go and expect my usual delivery- A WHOLE WEEK LATER- No delivery... I called, and called, and called- no-one can "find" the order I made, asked to speak with a supervisor then so that way he can get supplies asap as now he was completely out.. Continued to get the run around that the Houston branch is short handed, they put me on hold numerous times to "send emails to supervisors" so they could call me back. I got no where. So I continued to call until I could get someone with answers- when I did a lady told me her supervisor next day aired all his supplies and that he'd receive them the following day.... Well what about tonight?! He was completely out of supplies and had been since that Saturday (This is Tuesday).. Regardless I have been having similar issues- nothing to this extreme for the past 4-5 months. Now I have to look forward to next months reorder (yay..). Writing the BBB about this. Not because I'm trying to hold a witch hunt- but with a son who's immunocompromised as mine is, during covid, his health is my number one concern, and I cant risk him taking a trip to the hospital on a count of Option Care's Poor service.Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I recently used this company for pic line antibiotics and supplies. I initially found the service to be good - and paid for my part of what I was told was "co-pay" before each delivery, approx $1000+. Six months later, I received an additional bill for $2000+. When questioned, I was told that Medicare never pays for this type of drug or supplies! That would have been nice to know at the beginning of their service so that I could have made financial plans. Even though they neglected to get a signed financial statement from me, I tried to be fair and work with them to pay this bill in installments. Nope! I was told by a supervisor that because I had paid with a credit card previously, I should pay with that in full immediately. Not knowing my situation, the suggestion was to pay the credit card and ensue high interest rates, rather than to try to work with me. I believe their communication was lacking, and the customer service to rectify a situation lacking I CAUTION anyone using this company to do their homework with their insurance company and NOT TO TAKE THE WORD of the sales people setting up the account!I recently used this company for pic line antibiotics and supplies. Non responsive despite numerous attempts to get supplies.

I can’t even imagine giving this place 1 star, should honestly be -5 stars. My Husband has MS and recently received his infusion here. The lady who did it, her name was Pam, was polite but careless. When we got home after his infusion, we removed the bandage from his arm, and the needle was still in his arm. My husband had told the woman that his arm was hurting him but she completely disregarded him. We reported the incident and requested a refund, but they have yet to refund us the money and I have not heard back from the regional nurse manager. They’re pretty much blowing us off. Stay away from this place! Very unprofessional! No care! He received his infusion 03/27/21.I can’t even imagine giving this place 1 star, should honestly be -5 stars. Please do not waste time calling this home health infusion agency.The staff were unable to answer simple questions and did not sound as if they knew what they were doing. I was told they would not service my daughter. However they refused to give me a reason why. Customer service is not that difficult and goes a long way. I have also let my insurance company know, hoping that if they get enough complaints they will not stay in network with this company.Please do not waste time calling this home health infusion agency.The staff were unable to answer simple questions and did not sound as if they knew what they were doing.
