My experience with this business has not been good. The 1st adjustment was within 2 weeks because the right side of my denture sat higher than the left. When I asked them them to fix it, I was told the more they sand the inside, my denture won't fit as well. She also told me that my denture was expensive and would be a shame to ruin them by all of the sanding. I scheduled another adjustment. But the day of the appointment they called and canceled. Rescheduled it 2 more weeks after that. Went had them adjust again because right side kept hitting first and couldn't chew properly. After that had problems with the back of denture hurting the roof of my mouth. Then I scheduled another adjustment because the teeth were always chewing up the inside of my cheeks. I drive 45 minutes and the doors were locked and note said closed. I called and was given an appointment over 1 month away. After sanding down the teeth on the right side, she sat me in the waiting room for 10 minutes. I didn't have anything to eat to see if it was really fixed. I left. I still chew the inside of my cheeks and sometimes my lips. I'm really trying to give myself time to adjust. Since I started wearing this new denture I have had earache on the left side. And after 3 rounds of meditations. I still have earache every day. I have had dentures over 35 years. And never had to go back more than 1 time for an adjustment with a new one. I called today and was told I can't get in for 2 months. And the signs in the rooms say 2 week wait for appointment for adjustments. Not happy at all.

This place be warned my sister and I went thru the denture process at the same time and she went here and I went to my regular dentist in Des Moines. Wow she ended up with Tismus(lockjaw), spent 4 hrs pulling 8 teeth, 2 dry sockets along with absolutely ZERO contact to speak to someone no receptionist to answer the phone even with major complications! Been waiting 5 days for pain meds to be called into pharmacy only to have someone call back and tell her to stop by and pick them up yet she lives over an hour away. She has been to the ER and crying daily and she has the top to do yet but doesn't know if she can tolerate going threw all this again. Mine I had to have jawbone shaved with stitches etc also and I had 16 teeth to pull. But I had no Tismus and zero dry sockets and no er visits I received my top set and dont need any adhesive or anything and it was a breeze but Affordable where my sister went cost 3x as much as mine and still is unable to wear her $16000.00 cash healing dentures as they dont fit in her mouth. So PLEASE BEWARE when someone says "Affordable Dentures is cheaper because they are NOT AND you may have a nightmare as my sister did!
