Had my first experience at family 1st yesterday morning and usually I’m pretty anxious when it comes to going to the dentist and worried about being judged but as soon as I was greeted, I started feeling the anxiety melt away. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable! They were super informative with my dental options and treatments and their offered in-house insurance is definitely worth it if you don’t have insurance (if you have insurance through work you can’t stack it with theirs!). Overall I had an amazing experience, I didn’t feel judged or unwelcomed, no passive aggressive comments, only extra care and friendliness. I made them my dentist and now my toddlers! My husband will also be switching to them! thank you so much! 🫶🏼✨
