FANTASTIC orthopedic surgeon..

Had terrible pain in knee , family practice and X-ray said I had spurs. .Dr Leopold said my X-ray and knee were normal and .that my other Doc was wrong. then took me off my strong arthritis medication. Weeks later it still didn't feel normal and I was still needing narcotics for pain so I made an appointment with another Doc who did an MRI that showed torn meniscus, stress fracture., ....but also said my arthritis was so involved that only a total knee would totally alleviate my pain.

I am two weeks past double tkr, doing very well. He uses up to date technology, used the cutting plates, and talking with friends who have had this done, my recovery seems faster. He listens and manages pain, explains everything, and would definitely recommend him for any orthopedic problems.
