Cost me $1100 to have a different dentist properly repair as best he could actual damage to my teeth done by Binkowski. My smile which was attractive will never be the same. Don’t go there.

4 teeth removed under ansethesia. Unexpected 5th tooth removed "because it was cracked by one of the wisdom teeth" No post op scheduled. Nobody returning calls. Not answering phone during business hours. This young hot shot dentist acts like a cool character but has little care for his patients. Do not have any serious dental work done by this hack.

Very poor customer service. I made a appointment 1 month ahead and they Stopped accepting my insurance carrier. They didnt notify me until my appointment time. Time off work and have to find a new dentist. The receptionist was not very kind about it. she had a poor attitude.

I liked the atmosphere of the dental office. However, I really did not appreciate the dental hygienist, Amber, talking about unrelated things to the dentist while she was suppose to be working on my teeth. I felt like her issues were more important than mine as a patient. They really should be focusing on the patient and not on themselves as she was doing. I also felt as though she was trying to oversell me on treatment. The rest of the staff were very attentive and friendly.

The dentist and staff is awesome. They work with your schedule they work with your needs and they do only the work that needs to be done. They are very gentle and caring. It is worth the drive from Ankeny to Story City
