Had a tooth emergency and these great people worked me in to determine what was happening, and immediately helped with pain management and an appointment for extraction. I am grateful. The stafg was kind and fun to talk to, and Dr. Chen was really able to put me at ease.

I've said it and I will say it again, Story City Dental is amazing! All the staff is so kind and they always explain things in terms you can understand. They make sure they weigh all options and don't make you do anything you aren't ready for. Their technology is top of the line and can aid in any situation that may occur! I highly recommend making an appointment with Story City Dental.

If you have a child who is apprehensive about visiting the dentist, then Story City Dental is the place for you! My child looks forward to going to getting her teeth clean and feels right at home thanks to Bear, the comfort dog!

Dr. B and his whole crew took such good care of me. I came in with a serious infection. I was promptly treated and had a care plan. They did everything to make all of this happen so I could get better! Everyone is so kind and fun spirited, I feel so comfortable there! And Bear! Oh that precious dog is the cherry on the Sunday! I highly recommend Story City Dental!!! Tell em I sent ya 😉❤️

My first time visit, went very well. I appreciated the time they spent with me. I didn’t feel like they were rushing me in and pushing me out, just to make a quick buck👍Returned for another visit 5-6-20 had 8 teeth pulled. Pre-op and post-op experience was great. Highly recommend them😀
