The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had difficulty finding the office. The building directory was not explicit enough. Everything thing else about my visit with Doctor Smith was processional and informative. He was not rushed and answered all of my questions so I was able to make educated decisions about my situation. I would highly recommend his practice!

Dr. Smith is very focused on making the experience as pleasant as possible. He takes the time to explain what will happen and what to expect after the surgery. I had no concerns nor was I worried going in to surgery. All of the staff there are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable and happy. I can also tell they highly respect Dr. Smith. The first surgery is done and the next is two weeks away. Can't wait to go back!
