Always professional and genuinely cares about your well being.
excellent, caring doctor who listens to you and explains everything so you can understand. she only orders tests she feels are necessary and pertain to your health and well being.
Dr Koneru was very through and took her time with me. Answered all my questions.
Dr. Koneru is FANTASTIC! I've had other PCP"s in my life time, but she truly has been the best for me. She is attentive and precise. She leaves no stone unturned. I cannot sing her praises loud enough.
She didn't listen to my problems. I went in there for one thing she started talking about 20 other things trying to refer me to a lung doctor trying to give me an inhaler when I went there for migraines and trying to figure out what kind of episodes I'm having. I told her a million times I tried to take Motrin Tylenol everything you think of migraine medicine over the counter nothing works. She looked right over it left the room not very attentive at all. Needless to say I'm switching pcps because she could care less a lot of patients as far as I'm concerned. So I left the office called two times finally got a response 2 Days later when they said they call me that day. That I asked for a referral or pain management she won't give me that.
I love her.. I have been seeing Dr. Koneru for years. She has always listened to my concerns and found a healthy route to get my health on track with no judgement.
Very thorough and listens to your comments.
As for my experience at the office of Dr. Bhavani Koneru, she and her staff gets a five star rating from me. Their level of concern and kindness is what has kept my husband and myself a patient there for quite a few years. She has never failed to guide us in the right direction for the sake of our health and well being. For these reasons, I give my thanks . Demora Hayes
I left the practice after 10+ years at the time I got there I had Medicare insurance and wasn’t employed after about 3 years I became gainfully employed and got insurance threw my job. I stayed outta loyalty! Originally I was told I’m the first fmla paperwork she had to fill out but she would when I asked in 2017. Now getting paperwork filled out for fmla things like that or short term disability is a issue. The dr doesn’t have empathy for her patients changing needs, I have a 24 minute recording of my final visit with her and I will be escalating this to the higher ups. I shouldn’t be ostracized because you cater to Medicare / Medicare customers. I have valid reasons and years of documented issues but the dr. Has a personal problem with filing this STANDARD paperwork out. But didn’t express it until I’m at the scheduled appointment to get it filled out. AFTER I’ve been off work for 3 weeks and she’s sat with the paperwork for 2 1/2 WEEKS!!! Talks over patients, argumentative , says yes yes yes while your talking only to not have heard anything,re ask her incorrect assumptions, only to repeat the cycle during the whole visi.
clean, efficient place. staff is friendly, understanding and knowledgeable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
