After being discharged from the hospital and my initial visit scheduled with Dr Koffman a month away, I called his office several times asking to speak to someone regarding my test results. Not one person called me back. I read reviews that he calls patients back personally... am I being treated differently because I have medicaid?

Dr Koffman is amazing calls you himself which I have never had before. He is knowledgeable and knows what you need have been in a bind and had me come in the next day after hours. would not go to any other doctor.

He will call you back himself haven't had another Dr. do that so he gets all the info he needs to tell you what to do he even had me come in after he was suppose to be off.

Don't ever consider any other neurologists for MS, Dr. Koffman is smart, devoted, and a great doctor.

I think he's about average when it comes to neurologist. Busy, impersonal, and dry. My biggest complaint is that I could never get answers in a timely manner, and had overly expensive medications pushed on me. Plus the obsession over the fact I should not conceive while under treatment, despite assurances I would not.
