I had an issue and talked with the nurse. She worked with Dr. Knieriem to handle my issue in a very time efficient manner, which was much appreciated since I was leaving on vacation.

I moved from my previous physicians group to Dr. Knierem and ProMedica Physicians in August 2021 at my wife's urging because we felt that I was not receiving the coordinated care that I should be receiving due to my medical condition. I have never received the type of coordinated medical care before that I am now receiving with Dr. Knierem and ProMedica.
