During my visits with Dr Kung she is very thorough in her evaluations. The reason for this poor rating is when you need refills called in to the pharmacy the request goes unanswered. This is not the first time I have had an issue. My pharmacy has reached out 3 times with no response. I have called multiple times and left messages with no response. You can't get a live person. I finally called my primary doctor who couldn't call in the renewal script but was able to get me to a live person at her office. Come to find out she was on vacation and no other doctor could help. Now I am completely out of my medication. I was told she would be back today 11.9.2021 and yet at this time 1:00pm my pharmacy still does not have a renewal script. Feeling frustrated to say the least.

We had our first visit with Dr Kung. She took the time to listen and answer all our questions. She made us feel as what we had to say was important. She never rushed us or seemed rushed. I believe it was Dr Teeple that was with her and she was great with my husband also. Her motor skill testing she gave him was very thorough. Even the support staff was friendly and helpful.

Extremely poor bedside manner. No compassion for patient. Does not return phone calls or respond to messages. Does not listen to patient or try to understand. I have no confidence in her care.
