Horrible - very disorganized office, staff not helpful at all. Luttrull has a bad attitude and is rude to patients. Does not seem to care. Never went over test results. I have no idea if the procedures were working or not. Charged a ridiculous amount of money for a 5 min visit. Will never go back.

Explained all findings and treatments in a patient, friendly manner.

I am so grateful that I was referred to Dr Luttrull. he is an amazing Dr. He is a patient and dedicated Physician.

I had no problems so far with removal of a floater. Healing was fast. I am pleased.

Not recommended when it comes to surgeries. Stay away if he recommends surgery.

If you have retinal problems in the Ventura area, Dr. Luttrul is the guy you want to see. He has been in practice for many years and has a reputation only gained by being a skilled practitioner. I might be biased, when my retina detached, he got it reattached. Better than looking like a pirate with an eye patch!The office staff are friendly, professional and skilled at moving the patients through the office quickly and efficiently. He prefers doing surgery at St. Johns outpatient surgery, which might be something to check with your insurance.Anc did I mention he can play a mean jazz trumpet? He gave me copy of his CD that was great.

Quite a well run office. We arrived on a busier than normal day, but everyone was handled efficiently. My husband could have lost sight in one eye from a torn retina, but they worked him in the same day he called, and damage was prevented. Very pleased with the professional service.

i called go make an appointment and unfortunately they didn't specialize in what it was that i need to be looked at but they gladly recommend me to someone who does. The kindness i received on the phone was so genuine, plus they answered literally by the first ring.

I have been treated for Macular Degeneration for 8 years in TX., MI., Utah & CA. I was first treated with Avastin, (it help some) for a long time. Then a doctor switched me to Lucentis Lucentis which help a little more. I moved to Utah & was recommended to a Doctor Kurt E. Windward in Salt Lake City. He treated me for over a year starting me on Lucentis . He then told me of a new drug called Eylea. After a month he was very pleased with the progress from Eylea. over a few months He was seeing me every 10 (ten) weeks. He was very impressed with the progresses I was making. I also have COPD & it got to where I couldn't breath, because of the altitude, (5000 feet) & I had to move to lower altitude. I came to Ventura, CA> & am living with my son & granddaughter. I went to Dr. Luttrull office & explained my 6 years of Avastin& Lucentis & my Doctor changed to a new drug,(Eylea). As soon as he changed there was remarkable improvement. I went from shots, in my eyes every month, to 10 weeks between shots.In the last 2 or 3 months my eyes have been doing worse & I/m back to shots every month. I ask the Doctor what drug he was using & he told me AVASTIN. I could not believe it !!!!!
