Today I scheduled an appt for my son online to be seen for a rash, as the drs office didn’t have any open availability, the appt was for 4:30 so we arrived 10 mins early only to be told there was 1.5-2 hour wait. While I understand and appreciate that this is a walk in clinic, I was a bit upset that the appts are available to be scheduled online during that 2 hour wait time. There has to be a way for the website to reflect that. I drove 20 mins to be seen to only get in my car and drive home 20 mins and not be seen. We really really have a need for this type of service in our rural area and again I appreciate this service but there needs to be some sort of update for people that schedule online if you’re going to offer that service.
Every time i call they answer the phone like they don't wan to talk to u and if i have a question they get mad or something like grumpy for me to call and figure out my sons paperwork i need it
Had a great experience with my flu shot by Maddie! It was warm & inviting! She took her time with me!
Went there and they we’re supposed to send my prescription to a different pharmacy because the one in my towns closed I go to pick it up and it was sent to my town when I was told it’d be ready in 15 mins by the doctor that treated me and I go to the one it was asked to be sent to it wasn’t. I called to ask and the lady on the phone told me that’s not what the paperwork says I said I know that it’s just we told the doctor to send it there reason stated above she’s got mad and said we’ll just hold on a second and hung up the phone on me which doesn’t seem very respectful to a patient that was just wondering and was just seen at there urgent care. Sure yea it saves gas not wanting to go to an urgent care father away but they should treat people with respect
Went in there for a silly concerned reason and they were nice enough to check me out I really recommend going there ☺️
I took my daughter in on Monday with wrist pain. They told me they could not do X-ray's there, but they could send me to the hospital if that is what she needed. I was OK with that. They checked her out and determined we needed to go to the hospital for X-rays and they would call us with the results. An hour after the X-rays were taken and an hour before QuickVisit Urgent Care closed I still had not heard anything so I took my daughter back in. They told us her wrist was broken. Gave her a splint and said they were putting in a referral for a surgeon tha someone should be calling us. If nobody called within 24 hours to go to the ER for a cast. Nobody ever called. I took my daughter to the ER after 24 hours (Tuesday) for a cast. The ER told me that they don't do that. They also said that QuickVisit Urgent Care never made the referral so the ER made one for us. Thursday QuickVisit Urgent Care called me at approximately 11:15 stating that my daughter had seen Dr. McMann (she did not) and that they were able to squeeze her in at Steindler in Iowa City at 12:30. They said the address for Steindler is then told me the phone number for QuickVisit Urgent Care if I had any questions. Once I actually got to talk to someone at Steindler things went much smoother and we were able to get my daughter the cast she needed. I was very upset with our visit to QuickVisit Urgent Care. The staff we dealt with on Monday was friendly. I give them the benefit of the doubt for not having X-ray equipment. They can't help that. I did not like the wait time for a phone call after the X-rays. I did not like the fact that they never made a referral. They do have a phone and computers so there is no reason a referral was never made. I was also upset with the fact that they would not the picture of my daughters insurance card off of my phone. They made me email it to them and it took 4 different tries to get the email to them. At the hospital for the X-rays they just looked at the picture on my phone and it was good. I have visited the QuickVisit Urgent Care in Mt. Pleasant and I was very pleased with that experience so I was not afraid to take my daughter to the new one in Washington. The experiences were definitely not the same.
My 1st time there. Once all the initial paperwork was done my wait was only a couple minutes. Then the nurse took my weight, BP, tested for strep & Covid. After she left I waited maybe 5 minutes before the practitioner came in. She was very thorough, calm and expressed sincere concern. I didn't feel rushed or like she had other patients waiting. She diagnosed me and I was on my way. Everyone was so happy & very nice. My practitioner was Tiffany. I will definitely be going back.
Been here twice now, everyone has been super nice. Saw NP Mcmann today, had a very pleasant appointment. Everything was quick and easy. Thank you!
Don't know what they're doing. Literally every other place I called asking about the approximate price of checkup visit plus labs was able to give me an answer. Here I spoke with two people and couldn't get a straight answer out of them. "It depends on your age" So I give them my age. Still weren't able to give me the approximate price. Lots of excuses and no straight answer. Seems like they don't know what they're doing. "It depends on the patient" I'm not asking for an exact price, I'm asking for a general ballpark that literally every other place I've call was able to give me but this one. Seems fishy and/or inexperienced.
Horrible wait time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
