My only problem is i did not remember the appointment. I did after i hung up from your snooty, unbelieving nurse. No i did not recognize your name, i only saw you 1 time? I have had memory loss issues for over four years! I have been tested for everything, nothing ever found. I have fibro and that brings on fibro fog as well. She told me i am not going to get a date set until i was deemed .mentally fit and even physically well for surgery. I know about the pre op, but it felt discriminating cause i couldnt remember. She was rude and when i did remember after hanging up later, i called her and told her where i went in wrong office, sent me to end or 1 before it?? All the packer collection, where i sat and what door i went back thru. She wasnt convinced. So i am holding off on the surgery i wanted to have done until when i get back from Hawaii in September.

Dr. Garrett is a wonderful doctor. I only saw her once due to mine being out of the office. What a great sense of humor and very caring. Highly recommend her.
