Dr. Gorsche treated my husband and my daughter, he is so caring, and very attentive to individual needs. He is so personable and doesn't make you feel as if he is talking down to you or better than you because he is a Dr. Couldn't have asked for a better surgeon for their care.

Rude, dismissive, impatient, inconsiderate, and downright awful. Actually interrupted my inquiry with “whatever “. Never in my life have I been treated this way. Fired on the spot. I went to him for help and left insulted and in agonizing pain. Worst healthcare experience of my nearly 60 years. Horrible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gorsche for almost a year. Overall the Staff a bunch of very experienced and professional people. Every month I go or an appointment follow up on my surgery the staff is always friendly always has a smile oh, and Doctor gorsche Thomas is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon he knows what he's doing and he has a great bedside manner. All in all I could not have asked for a better surgeon doctor and his staff. Thank you Doctor ..

The receptionist at the front desk was very rude, she made me and my son feel very uncomfortable as we both greeted her and she did not respond. Actually she looked down and waited for her coworker to assist me. The office has recently moved to the east side of Waterloo, if she does not like minorities then she should not work at this location it really sucks that my kid had to experience such blatant disrespect at such a young age.

Dr. Gorsche is great! The office staff are wonderful and full of information. I had questions about insurance coverage of the Visco and he was upfront and answered all my questions. I also talked with his ARNP and she asked after my procedure! They do care and want me to improve! Love Dr. Tom Gorsche
