I was here with my nephew while he was getting some braces work done. True I was only here the once while his Mother was working. But what i saw when I was there was the chairs almost all full and everyone seemed happy. No one was complaining and the staff was very friendly working with people. I even found the front desk people warm and welcoming. I was surprised reading the other review. If people were unhappy why was the place so full? Everyone can have a bad day and I hope that's all it was. My sister and nephew are very happy here.

The pushy used car sales pitch was a big put-off and the "free consultation" that cost $300.00 after services were not performed was a bit misleading at best. Would not recommend this provided to anyone as there are better orthodontic providers in Dubuque!
