Dr Phelps is a doctor who spends that extra time to help resolve a problem or diagnose the right one when it is time consuming and may be hard to diagnose. Always with a smile on her face. I highly recommend her if you can get an opening........she has all the patients that she can take on her schedule and I know that she currently doesn't have room for any new ones. I had wanted my son and his family to use her but she is too full.
