I would leave zero stars if I could. Horrible bedside manner, to the point I asked for a chaperone for my second visit. They have awful and seemingly deceptive scheduling practices. The receptionist thought I was on hold and I was not so I heard everything said. When I confronted the receptionist who called me back about why he has so many open appointments but is only seeing ~20 patients per week at his preference, she said “we have too many patients and not enough places to put them.” It’s a mess and furthermore I feel I was not properly diagnosed. I am willing to wait 8 months for another referral rather than go back here. I told them to kick rocks because I have a right to be properly taken care of by my provider. That unfortunately does not happen here.
I had my tonsils removed the 5th of October and a blood clot explode ! The 14th he had told me I would take 7-10 days to heal and I am on one month ! I went for a checkup the 27th and told him I had not been eating and he said it is a part of my healing process and it’s normal to lose 15 lbs I have lost more then 15lbs and I have gotten no help but “good luck without another blood clot” 🤔ontop of his desk people asking my mom if they needed to come force feed her daughter .😡 he hasn’t done anything but COLLECT MONEY AND MOVED ON TO THE NEXT PATIENT TO GIVE PROBLEMS TO I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL unless you want a serious diet of not eating 🤷🏻♀️then go for it
He will leave you deaf .DO NOT ALLOW HIM TO DO ANY AND ALL EAR TUBES EXSPECIALY YOUR CHILDREN .He did all kinds of damage to my ears leaving me deaf in one ear.i went to dr.megan abbott in portland she varifyed all the damage he did to me.she then had to turn around and do a complete ear reconstruction so i can hear out of 1 ear
He was rude and condescending. He didn’t even check my deviated septum. I had high hopes for someone to help my symptoms. Nothing was accomplished.
My son who is 3 years old went through and had a tonsillotomy had his adenoids removed and had tubes put in. We are in the evening of day one after his surgery and he has been suffering from reflux because he's not able to eat. So I called on call and spoke with Dr Chasse himself and I get told that there's nothing that he can do and there's nothing he can tell me. My son is literally dry heaving acid because he cannot eat he is 3 years old and he has autism. He kept bringing up hydration and where my son was in the hospital earlier and sent home after having a bag of fluids. Dr Chasse kept mentioning that he was hydrated I was not calling about the hydration portion of it because I knew he was hydrated from being in the hospital I was calling about the reflux. I do not recommend this doctor he's a quack

Dr Chasse has been my ENT since I was 2, I’m now 23. He has put in multiple sets of ear tubes for me and treated many ear infections. He is an excellent doctor who has always helped me when I’ve had a problem and found ways to prevent future ear infections. He is great at his job and I can’t recommend him enough!
Did not help fix the problem, charged me $573 to look at my throat and did NOTHING to help me. I am still in pain and constant discomfort. WHAT A JOKE, THIS GUY IS NOT A REAL DOCTOR, COMPLETE SCAM! Offered no help or assistance to an ongoing serious problem. DO NOT GO TO THIS "DOCTOR" IF YOU WANT TO BE CURED OF ANY AILMENTS! HE WILL NOT HELP YOU!
Awesome Place to go! I'm so Happy I went, Now I know some long over due Answers! He took the time to explain things to me, Made me feel real comfortable about answering all my questions, Making sure that I understood everything, Thank You Dr, Chasse
My husband became very ill after a minor cold and was left with dark eyes that would pour with water. His nasal breathing was extremely loud. He was weak and tired all the time. I urged him to see his PCP who is only a P.A. and she felt it was an allergy, but when my husband balked at that, she gave him the referral to an ear, nose and throat specialist Dr. Chasse. This doctor insisted it was an allergy. He did not tell my husband what the allergy was? Nor did he refer him to an allergy specialist to find out what the allergy could be? He did however offer him surgery to scrape out his swollen scar tissue in his sinuses. My husband declined because he heard this was very painful. So the doctor gave him allergy pills and nasal sprays to take. He did not give him anymore appointments. Just a pile of refills to make big pharma happy! The medicines did absolutely nothing for him! It is now 16 months since his symptoms and we just found out that he has cancer! The water pouring from his eyes was not an allergy. It was actually a symptom of his cancer! It was found accidentally in a routine blood test when he was being scheduled for a hip replacement. We don't know what stage he is at yet because he needs more tests. I think this doctor should have sent him to an allergy specialist if that is what he thought it was! And I shutter to think what would have happend to my husband if he had the needless surgery with his cancer? As I have heard that this is how cancer can spread! This doctor is not an allergy specialist so how can he give an allergy diagnose?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
