Person answering phone was rude & unwilling to help
Staff has always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This clinic has been a life saver when we have had after hours and weekend sickness. Love the fact you can 'reserve' your time in advance to avoid sitting in a waiting room for hours with young, sick kids and other ill people. Highly recommend!
Receptionist turned her badge over , ignored the request for name and was absolutely the rudest person she can possibly be. I cannot fathom a scenario where anyone in any professional setting would knowingly employee this woman. Nurses and physicians are great. The receptionist could easily be a character in a movie, because she is so rude and unprofessional you can't help but feel like "This can't be real" when you deal with her.
Warning⚠️ Do not waste your time!!!!!! The front desk and the nurses are wonderful. But!!!!!!!! The women doctor's/nurse practitioner's treat you like if you're going into Polk County Jail. They will not listen to their patience and they talk over you. Basically my insurance money went down the toilet and Up in Flames for nothing. My time was wasted and for nothing. I wouldn't even give this place in one star. Even if I had monkeypox they would tell me to go use essential oils and vitamins. I don't believe in that s***. Why not give me medication that I have asked for because I know what's wrong with me. FYI I was not asking for narcotics or anything with painkiller. Will never go here ever again if my life depended on it.
Terrible Dr., he gave no attention to me at all. Was like he needs to be fired or some type of disciplinary way. Sorry my whole family was going here when needed. Unity CEO needs to read this and call me if you want to discuss the incident. Thank You, Maury
I would not give this a one-star. It would be a -5. Worst walk in clinic EVER!!! Alexandra Kortscheff, ARNP treats patents like a herd of animals. I couldn’t even open my mouth for a second before shutting me down with her rudeness. It was a total waste of time. Alexandra Kortscheff, ARNP is a not listening to her patients and is very unprofessional. We are paying for our healthcare and Alexandra Kortscheff, ARNP needs to learn she is working for US!!! NOT the other way around. Shame on you!!! The front desk ladies and the nurses are way nicer and feels compassion towards the patient. They did no wrong. The upper people are the problem. The only person in that office that I highly respect is Gregory A Isaacson, PA-C. Gregory A Isaacson, PA-C listens to people and has compassion towards patience. What is wrong with the women practitioners in this office? They treat people like animals in a cage. They might as well throw fruit at you when you leave. I hope people stop going there.
Not an urgent care if you have to book an appointment. And staff not professional.
I went to write a review and realized I already posted one so this is more than once we have had a negative experience. Our youngest son had a rash in his diaper area that we were seen for 4 times in the office, they first told us it was hand, foot, and mouth, it never fully went away so then they took a culture (which we never heard anything and had to call for results), they gave us an antibiotic that wasn’t working so we went back and they gave us a recipe on a piece of paper to make. We are still using the recipe and it hasn’t gone away but today we had an appt for splotches on his body, they called 20 mins before his appt (I already woke him up since we had to be there in 5 mins - 15 mins before his appt time) and told us they were refusing to see us, call the pediatrician (that you can’t get into for weeks) and get a referral to a dermatologist. I said it wasn’t for the diaper area and still refused to be seen.
Fast, clean and great staff. However my insurance information wasn't entered correctly and now Im being billed. Hoping to contact them to sort that.
A clinic that doesn't accept walk ins...is not an Urgent Care. Last 3 times we tried to visit, was turned away for different reasons. I won't try again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
