I just hung up with his nurse, Shelley. Wow, she is rude and abrasive. Worst customer service I have ever received from a medical professional. I felt like a child getting reprimanded by my teacher for simply asking for a PX refill and referral. Wow. Go elsewhere for better care.

Fluid in ear. Easy to see, now I know why.He suggested I yawn and swallow. He said antibiotics wouldn’t help. Which probably was the case. Went to PA 2 days later and got simple ear drops to dry up fluid. Pretty much waste of time and money. Seems to be a bit lazy as most md’s at that clinic are.

I like Dr. Darnold a lot, and, as a rule, I don't care much for doctors. He's caring and nice and has an excellent memory. In every appointment, I feel like a real person! He's a little test-happy, but I appreciate the thoroughness. If he says a situation is nothing to worry about, I know I can count on that.
