My 93 old father had a heart attack and was sent home after 3 days to live alone. Cannot put on his socks cannot go to the bathroom by himself. When I called to ask for him to get into some inpatient care they told me they could not help me. Horrible care. Indifferent.

I've never been so dissatisfied with a PCP before. My initial appointment was today and I left in tears. Dr. Downey refused to provide the care I need and have received from my prior PCP for 9 years, but who has left her practice forcing me to seek a new provider. He made me feel inferior and humiliated with his lack of interest in my chronic condition, dismissing me as though I was somehow an unacceptable patient. His oath to "first do no harm" has been violated today. He has made my already very difficult life far more challenging.

Was lightning fast,didn't seem to have much concern for my situation, was somewhat condescending towards me and prescribed me meds that were not thought through and told me just to switch over without even warning me of weaning concerns..nope not for me.no

dr. walter g downey is the greatest dr ive ever had. i literally cried when he left for his home town. im trying to get a hold of him to see if he can help me with a referral to a neurosurgeon .....please help... ive called his office . and im almost positive he will call and help me....
