I just figured I would always have back pain because I have had most of my life. The folks at Athletico, especially, B, cured my pain. Amazing!

Both my feet hurt constantly for months before I started. I had minimal hope the pain would subside. I met with Alec first. He developed a therapy plan. Sent me home with exercise on my off time. I put effort in on a regular basis by working/sweating hard with Alec and B plus doing more at home on non-therapy days. I had B for 2 sessions and Alec for the rest of my sessions twice weekly for 8 weeks. Today was my last session and I can actually run again. Big thank you to Alec, B, Kyle and Arianna ♡.

Not only was B able to help me improve mobility and pain with my arthritic knees and an injury, but I came out educated with a plan for workouts to strengthen my legs and help keep my knees as healthy as possible until I take that next step of knee replacements. Thank you B and the other Athletico team members I worked with throughout the 4 weeks!

Dan and the whole team did an amazing job to expedite my recovery. Dan was knowledgeable, took time to explain things, was detail oriented, and invested in healing my injury quickly. I achieved my goal and was able to get back to sports in a few short weeks and would recommend him highly.

When I was referred to Athletico my right arm and shoulder had limited mobility. I was unable to reach up to put my dishes in my cupboard and other ordinary daily tasks were getting more and more difficult. After working with Megan and Dan I have almost regained the mobility I loss and they have educated me with the knowledge that I need to continue this journey. I am now confidence that with their help and guidance I will continue to regain my full mobility. I highly recommend the friendly and knowledgeable associates at the West Des Moines Athletico.
