Dr. Bitner is professional and courteous. He is a very good listener and is concerned about getting things right. I see him for both routine eye/vision checks as well as double vision. His visits are always relaxed and not hurried. I highly recommend Dr. Bitner.

My trip to Wolfe Eye Clinic in West Des Moines was very helpful. Dr. Bitner and his staff were professional, kind and caring. I've been having trouble with double vision and blurred vision for quite some time and was beginning to fear I would lose my eyesight. Throughout my very detailed examination I was told what tests I was being given and why. I was comfortable and calm knowing they were going to find out what was wrong and do their best to fix my eye problems. That is exactly what Dr. Bitner and his team did. I left there seeing better than I had in a long time! There was an adjustment period of course, but my eyesight continued to improve. From the moment I went through the doors until I left, the people at Wolfe Eye Clinic were great! I appreciate all their help and support I will definitely continue to go there for my eye health. All three of my kiddos have loved having Dr Bitner as their eye doctor! One of my twin boys started to see him first and Dr Bitner helped him with eye surgery in 2017. The other twin and my daughter were able to graduate from his car the in the last year and now go for normal annual check ups. This appointment in October my son graduated as well and it's bitter sweet and he's excited to only have check ups annually but he will miss Dr Bitner. I recommend him 100% to anyone needing eye care.

Dr Bitner explained my options & how we would proceed to correct my vision. I wear a special lens for my double vision & they made another lens so I could see single vision as I was struggling. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Bitner has been seeing my son since he was almost 2 years old. He is amazing with little kids and does an excellent job of explaining things to parents. Dr. Bitner has always been patient and willing to explain anything we have questions about. I highly recommend Dr. Bitner to anyone needing a medical eye exam for their child.
