I used to love going here. Last two times I went, Dr Olberding wasn’t even there. They put a note in my file to make sure on my next visit, I would actually see the dentist. Had a different dental assistant that day who was less than friendly. That was my last time there.

I was a patience for 4+years. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the front desk staff. At the moment I desired to reschedule my appointment they was very rude and even hung up the phone on me. Dr.Peter Olberding and he staff behind the Desk are a great. I think Dr.Peter Olberding, should Monitor and analyze the way the staff are treating his patiences. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this Dental Clinic due to the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the front desk staff ( I will reserve the name, this is not personal )

I have been going here for almost 10 years but lately have been getting treated with a lot of disrespect. I got Invisalign to fix two teeth, which was 14 trays. I told Dr. I was not happy with the results (teeth didn’t move) and the total cost was $3,000 (discounted since I had two teeth to move) I went in today for a cleaning and talked to Shawna, who was being very rude about the whole situation in front of other people in the lobby. (I've read other reviews and it sounds like multiple other people stopped going here because of her) She told me I never put a down payment down (whice I did, I had no choice to get trays ordered) When Dr. Olberding came in he was very short with me, when in the past he seemed to care, not today. I told Shawna due to the disrespect and rudeness I won’t be back and she said “Super!” Not the way they should be treating patients who are having issues. For someone who is at the face of the company and deals with all patients, you would think they would want someone friendly, polite, and understanding. I will not be back.

We are so glad we found this office. Every employee has been pleasant to work with. Dr Oldberding is always honest and doesn’t try to get you to have work done that you don’t need.
