Truly awful! I had my appointment there the lady yelled my personal information in the shoebox of an office. When I asked her not to she raised her voice at me so I left. I go to take my kids they pretend they sent me a letter to cancel my appointment like a phone call wasn’t necessary and literally pretended they were closed until a vendor showed up that they needed something from! if I could give them zero stars I would! This was only a week apart. I didn’t cancel my kids appointment because I took a month and a half to get them appointment they needed them for school

I've been seeing Dr Thomas for over 9 years now and have received the best dental care during that time that I've ever had. I used to dread seeing dentists but not anymore. Without question, Dr Thomas is the best dentist I've ever had. His staff are the best too - from his dental assistant Lisa to dental hygienist Amanda and also office manager Diane. Dr. Thomas always stands by his work and goes the extra distance to ensure his patient's satisfaction when it comes to their teeth. It's rare to find this level of dedication in a health professional!

Very negative experience here. Insulted my wife and shamed her for not being from America. Insane comments made by people that have a sign that says "immigrants are welcome." Diane at the front desk is very kind and helpful, while those in the back are horrible people. They are the kind of people that make me understand why Americans are hated when they travel out of the country.

I had Veneers done and had a ton of problems. I was assured that once I have my permanent teeth that I would not have any issues. Well since then I have had two more incidents including chipping my front tooth. He blamed it on my Medication and did nothing to rectify the situation. Be sure to Google Phalen Thomas before you choose this business. I am out a big amount of money and now have to find a Cosmetic dentist to fix all the problems that he has caused.

Once again I received excellent dental care from Dr. Thomas and his top notch staff. My dental care since first going to the Iowa Center For Family and Cosmetic Dentistry over 5 years ago is unmatched by any other practice I've been to in 50+ years! It doesn't hurt that I laugh at every visit - Dr. Thomas has an awesome sense of humor!
