Highly would not recommend if you have tooth pain! I came here with severe tooth pain that was so bad that I couldn’t sleep or eat. This was the only dentist I could find that would get me in ASAP. I ended up needing a root canal and they couldn’t get me in for a month. I understand scheduling is difficult, so that didn’t upset me. However until I could get my root canal to help with the pain, all they did was prescribe me Ibuprofen. I told them I was obviously already trying Ibproufen and that it wasn’t helping me, I left the office crying because the pain was so bad and they did nothing. Not to mention the wait was super long and the doctor did not help my pain. I ended up going elsewhere the next day and they were able to complete my root canal day of and prescribed me proper pain killers. Also Aspen Dental would not release my X-rays that they took to the dentist I ended up at. Ended up being a huge waste of money and time coming here. Never again.
October 29 I was fitted with a temporary crown. Paid it in full which wasn’t cheap. As of today December 14 I still have not received it. It is coming from Hong Kong of all places and they said it got hung up in customs. So they have ordered another one. Wait again for 2 months? Hope not. Question why is this being made overseas and not in a local lab. If and when I get my crown, this will be the last time I use Aspen Dental. Well this is an update 5 days after my initial post. Crown came in and got it put on today. I just want to make clear that I was upset at the process of having this crown made but not upset with the staff. They are wonderful, kind and nice. So I want to take it from one star to 4 stars.
Went in for an extraction. A few hours later I have a complete preventative maintenance plan which includes a whole lot of fillings. I bite and agree to the plan. 3 years goes by and my fillings fall out (obviously they were of great quality). Now I am looking for some place to fix the teeth that are falling apart where the fillings once were. I am so pissed. Their preventative maintenance is going to cost me more in the long run. I should have had the extraction done and left, I had no other issues other than that tooth, now I have multiple issues because where they drilled and filled, the teeth are weak and falling apart because the fillings feel out. I don't really care what you choose to do, but I have done my due diligence to warn you.
This is the worst dentist office I have ever been too. Has continually lied about charges. I got my teeth fixed with Invisalign during their sale for $1500 and a few cavities. I was quoted $2,200 for everything to be fixed. I have now continually been charged extra for supposed costs that insurance never covered. I have checked with my insurance though and they have no record of ever being contacted by the branch. I was overly angry and needed up paying the extra $1500 to just be done with them. Fast forward a year and a tooth breaks that they "fixed" last year and I get told that I have another $350 that was never paid to them. Told them that I had proof of every purchase, quote, and contact from them from the beginning of me coming to them to now. The person I was talking to acted like I was an idiot and had no idea what I was talking about. Absolutely disgusted by their customer service and ethics of the company.

The best experience in my life. Everyone is way too kind and smiling, smiling. Their care is pricless. Highly recommend if you need honest pricing, great work and friendly place to do any dental care.
The dentist there are very nice and very communicative I with me
I got my dentures July of 2020. I spent 4200.00 for the whole procedure. A year goes by and my dentures on the bottom cracked right in half. When I called them. The receptionist answered the phone. I explained to him what happens. He just tells me about how they are out of warranty and I would have to pay for them to be repair. I ended up getting them fixed and work something out with one of the workers and they fixed my bottom dentures. Then a month later my top dentures cracked. So once again I called and the lady told me that I had a balance of $79 (which they told me my visit was no charge) I explained and she was so concerned about my money then she was with the situation! That place was such a great place when I first went there but I'll never go back. They have poor quality dentures and don't care about the situation
Did not meet expectations. Requested routine cleaning and exam. Got xrays and inspection and then rescheduled 4 weeks later for cleaning. Also charged me for Fluoride treatment that did not request. Was informed that is Standard of Care but I told them I did not want it. They charged me $43 and I had to call and ask for refund. Very disappointing all the way around.
Today I had my regular 6 month dental care. I've been going to this office for a few years now. Every experience has been a positive one. From the minute I walk in to the minute I leave I am treated with respect and every employee is pleasant towards me. Especially today I received over the top care. I highly recommending Aspen Dental to anyone needing any dental care! I also would like to send a special appreciation to Stella. Thank you.
quick, very nice and accommodating
The dental hygienist was very good. The equipment seemed to be on the cutting edge of the technology. My future needs were made clear along with my out of pocket cost. Everyone was friendly, I felt comfortable with the whole experience!
Friendly staff but terrible availability. Can't get in for over a month when supposed to get in 7-10 after my cleaning. But if you go to book online as a new patient, there are several same day openings. You may be able to get in quick for your first appointment but good luck getting in for follow ups. I have prepaid for all my dental work that I'm not sure if I'll ever get done before 2050.
So, I had went in for a horrible tooth ache that is making the left side of my face flair up in pain, only to he examined, x-rayed and talked to about my teeth and gums. I didn't come there for that, I had gone in to get the pain taken care of. And to see that they wanted to charge me $15k for that visit? I don't think so. I think I'll find somewhere else to go for now on. "Oh you're in pain by a toothache? Well forget that, start on this first." And I really hope those tools were fresh out of their packages too, because I hope I don't get an infection.
Place is a joke. I broke a molar the night before so I scheduled a extraction for the next day at 5pm after work. They canceled me and hardly made an attempt to contact me about it. They called me one time and left no voicemail. I dont answer to random numbers unless their is a vm. So now it's 5pm and I'm driving around trying to find someone to take this tooth out because it hurts so bad. Another sleepless night. Don't go there.
The "scanning" equipment was a little more invasive and difficult than I expected. I either need a bigger mouth or you need smaller equipment. Otherwise ok.
Kind and considerate if you’re one who gets nervous or anxiety going to the dentist, they understand and respect that it’s not always the best place to be, but I’ve been there a few times getting dental work done!! And my insurance covers most of all what procedures I’m having done!
The staff were so nice and helpful. I especially liked the new receptionist on his 2nd day. He was pleasant even when things looked complicated. The team in the back, all are wonderful. The financial gal was so helpful making it easy and affordable. Can't wait for my new smile !! Thank you
