List of Aspen Dental's Reviews
Terrible front office, needed a tooth extracted and followed my doctors orders and they still made me wait a week in pain and only gave me a two day prescription, called and they said no doctor was available to get more and someone would reach out to me, no one reached out, waited almost a week in pain, got my tooth extracted and that was great but they forgot to submit my prescription to the pharmacy so I went through my whole recovery process in pain I will never go back here and they need to believe their patients when they are in pain. Awful service all around
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Kutin. Normally I get anxious about dental visits, but both the doctor and his assistant Danty made everything incredibly smooth. The numbing injections were painless, and the entire procedure was so comfortable that I actually felt relaxed - almost drifting off to sleep, which is a first for me! Highly recommend them if you’re nervous about dental work.
Great work Aspen Dental, very Nice staff, felt very comfortable
Service is nice. Prices are a Outrageous.
I had an overall poor experience here. The billing was deceptive, the procedures more painful than any other dental work I've ever had, and after my root canal they said I had a lot more work to be done for more money. I decided to go to another dentist and they said I needed some work for a lot less money. I don't trust this place and will never return. Also, read about their active lawsuits online.
My first time visiting I received a full check up. Based on my experience I was very happy. The wait time was not long, I was shown where to go and what to do with great care. The staff was professional toward me always listening and doing their absolute best to answer my questions. I felt I was given honest and straight forward answers. I never felt uncomfortable to speak my mind with any concerns. When pricing was brought up I can tell the staff understands it can be a personal or touchy subject and wants to help the best way they can to give avenues of affordability where possible, but also with that I felt they do not want to hide anything from you either being straight forward to the point with the up most care in mind. Rescheduling was very easy and quick as they will do their best to fit you in to the days that work best for you. I will be going in for a deep clean afterwards I will be updating my experience. All in all I can highly recommend Aspen Dental Boise to you.
I had a great experience here! Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and the consultation was very informative. They're clear and upfront about the cost of each procedure I needed, which I really appreciate. The front office staff are friendly and helpful, and they run on time so there's no long waiting. Every dental tech and doctor communicated well throughout my visits and procedures, explaining what they were doing and answering my questions. Boise Aspen Dental made a great impression for their consistent high quality service :)
Oral surgeon was awesome. Explained the procedure, went over what to expect in terms of healing and helped set up a plan going forward.
Had a broken tooth on weekend. They were the only place that would see me. They were kind and made me feel welcome. We need more places like that.
What a joke. They stalled on me for two months on a wisdom teeth removal just to hand me a blank referral slip. I have a feeling they do this kind of stuff to a lot of different people as well. I still, as we speak, have my wisdom tooth, despite my first appointment with them being in early June. The type of company to make you feel insecure about your life.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
