I dont care about the employees in Nampa Idaho never had a good experience with them but the Boise Office the ladys are professional and so sweet I highly recommend the Boise Office have been with them for a year and a half very satisfied they really care about there clients as well as employees but remember the Boise office not Nampa

Our mom is in her 91st year and the last few years have been a roller coaster. Assisting hands has been through it all with us and also get her taken care of when her level of care changes throughout her last few years on earth with compassion and understanding too

Working in this office for almost two years has been such a growing experience for myself.I started as a coordinator and made my way to becoming the Branch Manager. Both jobs I worked extremely hard with countless hours just to accommodate our caregivers and clients until everything became under control. When I first started the Boise officeit was in complete shambles. I stayed late in the office everyday being oncall for months straight and filling in for shifts to creat the office to be what it should be.I am proud of myself for staying committed to this company eventually I found great employees who helped me build up the office to what it should be and they are still there to this day If you are in Ada County and need cares for your parents grandparents or siblings I strongly recommend working with the beautiful ladies in this office. Becca Kelsey and Heather all work extremely hard often overtime and are great with last minute situations or emergencies. I have no doubts that this office will thrive and continue to thrive now that they have amazing hard workers in house.

Office staff is terrible. Especially Sammy. Very rude and office staff has terrible communication. They treat there employees terrible. And some of there employees never show up for there shifts and no one calls. Scheduling sucks. Stay away from this company They very sketchy.
