Blue Heron Dental Boise's Online Review Report Card

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTAL WORK! I have been contemplating writing this review for months. Especially since Blue Heron has such glowing reviews but honestly at this point, I have to. Its a disservice to myself and anyone that values their dental experience not to. First things first, I have severe dental anxiety to the point that I cried multiple times while in the chair for cleanings as well as for a dental crown. All four times I went here, The staff were not empathetic. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them and annoying them just by being human and crying. They never once listened to me when I told them that my crown had a high bite. TO THIS DAY, THIS CROWN IS STILL GIVING ME PROBLEMS!!! I brought my service dog into one of my appointments and they kept petting her and "trying to give her water" even after telling them to act like she isn't there. Honestly, the expereince I had with this dentist was the worst I have ever had in my life. If you want to feel like your being folded into a clam shell in a chair, feel pain for weeks on end, and have dental work done by people that should honestly not be practing then come here. If you value yourself and believe that you deserve quality dental work done PLEASE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I had 6 more fillings and another crown on my treatment list and I chose to go somewhere else because of my expereince and it was the best thing I could have done for myself! The kicker to all of this, my now current dentist told me that the photos that they received when I asked to have my file transferred from Blue Heron were the worst photos they have ever seen done even by dental school resident's and they have been in the business for 20+ plus years. Again, do yourself a favor and DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DENTIST!!!!

The ladies here are always so nice and personable. Very considerate of how you’re feeling and very efficient with their work. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a dentist to go here. They explain everything to you and give you options and take your feelings into consideration. 100/10. Love these guys. They also always recognize us when we come in and it’s only our third visit. Excellent people!

I recently broke a crown on my front tooth and Dr. Randall came in on her day off to fit me with a temporary one. She ordered a new crown for me and it was installed in a little over a week. Her staff was efficient, professional, and friendly. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend her to anyone.

After moving to Southeast Boise. I was looking for new dental clinic and I am glad I went to Blue Heron Dental. Dr. Randall and Dr. Irons are wonderful doctors who would listen to your problems and help you with your dental problems.

This dental office is Great! Ive been a patient for a number of years and they always are helpful and friendly. I had an emergency this week and they got me right in and took quick care of me- and I recommend them to anyone needing a caring dental office!
