My family of 5 has been going to Dr. Crank for years. He's extremely knowledgeable and personable. Even better, he's the first dentist we've been to who doesn't push every dental procedure. He gives you the information, recommendations and photos to make your own decisions....and then doesn't hound you going forward. Add to it that his staff is extremely competent AND friendly, so we look forward to going to the dentist. We're so thankful to have found their office!

🌟 5-Star Review for Dr. Crank and Julie! 🌟 I want to share my experience with Dr. Crank and Julie, and let me tell you, I love these guys! At 54 years old, I've never encountered a dentist who cares as much as Dr. Crank does. His approach is refreshingly different: - **Thorough Examination**: He examines your teeth and takes the time to understand what you both want and need. - **Personalized Care Plan**: He creates a tailored care plan that addresses your concerns and preferences. - **Transparent Costs**: Dr. Crank goes over the costs of the care plan upfront, so there are no surprises. During my first visit, I had the luxury of having him clean my teeth himself. Seriously, how many dentists do that? Most would just pass you off to a hygienist, but not Dr. Crank! His honesty is refreshing—he won't push unnecessary treatments. In fact, I've had past dentists recommend crowns that I didn’t even need, but Dr. Crank didn’t suggest anything of the sort. The office environment is another big plus! It’s so serene, with large glass windows that look out at a small pond filled with vegetation and life. It’s incredibly peaceful and relaxing. If you're looking for top-notch dental care with a personal touch, look no further! Highly recommend Dr. Crank and his team! 😎

Dr. Crank is truly one of a kind. He treats our family with such genuine care and compassion — something that’s hard to come by. My kids have extra sensitivity when it comes to dental visits, and he goes above and beyond to make them feel safe and comfortable, even taking the time to warm the water during cleanings. That small act of kindness speaks volumes about the kind of provider he is. We all feel lucky to be under his care. So grateful for Dr. Crank and everyone at Boise Dental Chair — I can’t recommend him enough!

Wonderful Dentist! Josh is considerate and gentle. My Root canal was painless. I highly recommend. The office is welcoming and bright I actually like going to the dentist for once.

Wow!! Wish we would have found them sooner. Dr Josh is exceptional in his skills and knowledge and is extremely polite. He takes absolute care in what he is doing and explains things as he goes. Far exceeded any expectations and made my dental issues very easy. AAAAA+++++
