I went in with pain and needed some relief. From the first phone call, everyone at the office was so kind and helpful! They fit me in on a busy Friday and they were still on time and so kind. I am so thankful I went to see them, as Dr. Rosa was patient in listening to my concerns and questions, as well as her assistant. Their holistic, more root cause focused approach, trying to find the cause and ruling things out instead of just doing a quick filling or procedure was so refreshing! Thank you to everyone at the office. Highly recommend!!

I had been going here for years and was generally happy with things. Dr Rosa was usually pretty cold and disinterested, but the hygienists were always great. However, the ladies at the front desk told me AFTER my last visit that they were no longer in-network with my insurance and stuck me with a large bill instead of the usual copay. They had plenty of time to tell me beforehand, but they didn't. I was pretty pissed off and they were totally dismissive. It's hard to believe they didn't know what they were doing.

Had a filling yesterday with Dr. Pothier and my bite feels so much better. Woke up with zero jaw pain which is huge for me! Big thanks for Jake the assistant as well!

They very clearly commit insurance fraud. Do not let them fool you, if you have Blue Cross or Blue Shield they ARE in network and they know it but they will try to make you sign away your in network benefits (against their contract). If you run into this situation report them to your insurance fraud hotline and they will be able to help. This is currently being investigated and the insurance companies are very interested to know why they are operating against their contract. Attached is the "self-pay" form they will try to make you sign explicitly stating they will not and you will not submit any claim for IN-NETWORK services provided. They will tell you over the phone you are free to submit a claim and the form does not restrict your ability to file a claim. You can read it for yourself before you have to go through the nightmare we went through.

horrible horrible practice! do not go here!!!! left my son in pain and she could care less. they've been completely unprofessional and horrid to deal with. lied! Did junk work and took my sons money for a job not done. wouldn't send my worst enemy there!
