I have always struggled with being willing to go into the dentist because I go through numbing really fast and my prior dentist would be very rough with the shots and I'd feel every second the needle was in my gums and it was ALWAYS horrible pain to get numbed. That changed with Dr Taylor, one of my first experiences with him was fixing a broken filling which ended up turning into a root canal and crown. He got me numb, it didn't hurt at all, and I barely felt the numbing. When the numbing wore off partway through he was cool about it, numbed me again and went back to work. He had to numb me a total of 3 times during the root canal, but each time he was considerate of me and wanted to make sure I wasn't hurting. Even though the appointment took much longer than it was supposed to because I can't stay numb he never even seemed inconvenienced by it. He's a fantastic dentist and I will stay a patient of his as long as he is in business.

This is Dr. Brandon Taylor's second office. The other office is in Downtown Boise, called Boise Smile Design. This an Excellent office, Dr and staff is wonderful, first class treatment all the way. Paraffin hand treatment while you sit in the chair, truly the most relaxing and enjoyable dental cleaning I have ever had. I watched the food network channel (could watch whatever I wanted), TV mounted on the ceiling, eye protection & headphones. Really liked the Dr and the hygienist! A+
