We love Boise Tooth Town! We have taken our three kids here for years. It’s a fun and easy for the kids. Everyone listens to our children well, and they ensure that they understand what their appointment is for or if they have questions. Very child focused and kind. Thank you for our care over the years and for creating a wonderful low stress environment. I’d highly suggest Boise Tooth Town!

My child adores this dentist, and I truly appreciate the care and attention he gives to his young patients. However, as a parent, I feel frustrated and unheard. After my child’s last appointment, he began experiencing tooth pain in a different tooth. The doctor advised us to call back if the pain persisted after 2-3 weeks. When the pain increased, I followed up as instructed and requested an earlier extraction. The receptionist mentioned my child was also due for a cleaning and suggested combining both procedures in one appointment. I agreed, emphasizing the importance of addressing the painful tooth. At the appointment, after the cleaning and exam, the doctor concurred that the tooth should be removed. However, there was no time allocated to perform the extraction. Now, my child continues to suffer, and we must schedule yet another visit. This experience has left me feeling that my concerns are not being prioritized.
