Bristol Heights Dental's Online Review Report Card

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dental practice. I went in hating my smile and they took such care of me and helping me achieve the smile I have always wanted. Staff are so friendly and personable.

Great from when you walk in the front door. Dr. Shipp is a great guy as well. I have gone to his brother too!

I still can not believe what happened today at this Dr's office! I had made an appointment for myself and my daughter a few weeks earlier. When I was talking to the receptionist on the phone, I was told the 1st appt would be at 3:50 pm and the 2nd one would be at 4:30 pm. As I was speaking to her I wrote down the times and REPEATED them to her. Fast forward to today, I arrive exactly at 3:50 pm. The receptionist asks how can she help me. I said I'm here for my appointment at 3:50. She asked my name and says to me (with an attitude), your appointment was at 3:40!! I said noooo, that's not possible, I was told it would be at 3:50. Seeing that this was a problem for them, (I'm now wondering if my daughter's time got changed too). So I said my daughter has the next appt. at 4:30. The receptionist says no, it's at 4:20! I'm thinking, what? How could I have gotten both times wrong? She then proceeded to tell me they will not be able to do both appts. So I'm thinking ok, I'll let my daughter take it, as she works full time and it's hard for her to get time off, BUT she thinks she has to be there at 4:30! (By this time I'm not too happy with the situation and the attitude of the receptionist), I tell her I will call my daughter to let her know about the time change. She was already on her way, but felt with the time change she might not make it exactly on time. So we decided to cancel. I get that people need to be on time, but for me I thought I was. And I have to say I'm not that dumb witted to write down 3:50 pm if I'm told 3:40 and again a 2nd time write down 4:30 if I was told 4:20! The receptionist definitely thought I was stupid enough though! I said to her, let me check the email confirmation to see what time it said. And of course it proved her right and had her time, and I said, wow, I don't understand. (No, I didn't verify the time when I got the email). And then she smirked at me!! Which was pretty much the last straw! I'm not good with people who are snide and rude wirh me. After all of this, I was not going to make a new appt. I'm disabled and have huge health issues, and it is real struggle for me to leave my house. My daughter had to ask for time off early to be able to go to this appt. It seems to me there could of been some kind of customer courtesy since I was not (late) on purpose. I was not happy being treated like an idiot about all of this and I let them know that. Apparently they are not in need of our business, because I have to say this was pretty petty for 10 min. My daughter and I were the last patients for the day, if they would of had to stay 10 min longer than normal, obviously that was the end of the world to them. We will never come back and I will certainly tell everyone that you are not in need of their business either, because this could of been handled differently. Especially with the rude receptionist!

My hygenist is the best, friendly, calm, gentle. She's a gem!

Dr ship and Michelle are just amazing. They are so friendly and they care so much about your dental care. We've been going here for years and have had great service with any of the staff. I would recommend them 100%.

My family has been coming to Dr. Shipp for as long as he has been in his building! He is always personable and professional and asks about my children he took care of as they were growing up. Nice guy! Great care!

Bristol Heights has been amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and takes great care of my teeth. It’s not one of those dental offices that talk you into things that are not necessary. I highly recommend this dental office for all ages.
