Really impressed with how caring and professional the team is at Emerald Smiles Dentistry — it’s no surprise you have such great ratings. One thing I noticed is that you don’t seem to have a website or much of a social media presence. Honestly, with the kind of reputation you already have, you could be reaching a lot more new patients online if people could easily find you. The team at Emerald Smiles Dentistry is outstanding. They were very detailed on my cleaning, root canal procedure, and dental health. More detailed than I've ever experienced in my life when it came to Dentistry, so I appreciate that. Everyone was kind, polite, and authentic, people who truly care about your dental health. I highly recommend anyone that needs dental work to come here and get scheduled. Emerald Smiles Dentistry holds a special event once every year named WeServe and for all veteran's their dental work is paid for. I did not have to come out of pocket for anything, my exam, cleaning, or root canal procedure. If you are able veteran in the future looking for dental work I also recommend you reach out for dates next year. I absolutely love businesses that support Veterans and this is a great one! Thanks Emerald Smiles Dentistry for holding this event. It was a procedure I had put off due to the expense so I am grateful to have been able to take advantage of the opportunity you gave me! Josh at the front desk is THE MOST fantastic human being ever. My husband was in extreme pain due to a tooth infection that led to facial Cellulitis. Josh gave me his personal cell phone number and answered after hours when I was afraid that the swelling had gotten so bad and advised a trip to urgent care/ER, he literally moved heaven and earth to get my husband in next day and is the most kind compassionate person I’ve ever dealt with in dentistry. In fact EVERYONE in this office is fantastic and compassionate. But truly Josh went ABOVE and beyond for us. Truly a freaking gem in this industry and I hope that upper management sees this review. We are so thankful for him and all he did for my husband. Thank you Josh! You’re the best

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years. I had called different dentist offices. They weren’t bad. Just not friendly. I was nervous just making an appointment. I talked to Kat the first representative of their office and she was amazing!! She was genuinely sweet and thoughtful. I chose to go to them just because of the phone interaction I had with her. They have an amazing staff! Kat, Huda, Dr. Kocik, Amber and others! If it has been awhile since you’ve been to a dentist…I highly recommend this place! They are not judgmental and just want to truly help you.. Thank you ♥️

Visiting from California, I lost a front tooth crown. My daughter had just started going to Emerald Smiles in Boise so I called to see if they could help me. Everyone, Huda, Josh, Dr. Kocik and Dr. Benson were wonderful professionals. Put my crown back in, no longer look like a hockey player, and won't have to cut our trip short. As a one time patient in need, I was treated as if I had been a long time patient. Outstanding service and clinical expertise. Very grateful to them.
