They have been my dental providers for 24 years. I started with gums that would bleed and now are healthy, and I am 81. They are like visiting friends, kind and responsive ti all my questions.

Every staff member is friendly, kind, and seems to genuinely care about their patients wellbeing. Seriously the nicest people! I've been going here for over 30 years. Made a silly choice and left at some point to try a different dentist shortly after I got married and got on my husbands insurance, but came back as a patient when I realized what a gem this place is. The other office felt like going to a spa...an expensive spa where they didn't stick to their estimates or prices and kept finding new ways to charge me for services I didn't need. I don't want a spa, I want a good dentist who will treat me well, with honesty and integrity. Thats what Lowry dental is. Great family business I'll keep coming back to.

I love everyone in this office! I am scared to death of the dentist and my faith is restored after finding this practice. Dr. Eric is amazing! He makes me want to come back and to want to take care of my teeth! Thank you!

I have been a patient/client since 1980 and have continued with my dental needs since then. My experience is that the service is on time, all employees are so kind, friendly and professional. My dental work has always been "top notch, and I have experienced no problems." If you have to go to the dentist, this is the place to go!

The entire Emerald West Dental team are a group of Rock Stars. They are always on time. They care about your comfort and well-being. I highly recommend Emerald West Dental to anyone needing Dental care. I personally will never go anywhere else. I give Emerald West Dental 5 Stars. I would give 10 Stars if I was allowed to.

I had a very postiive experience here. I saw Dr. Eric Lowry for an emergency extraction. I called the office on Sunday afternoon and left a message letting them know I needed an emergency extraction. They got back to me first thing Monday morning and got me in that afternoon to see the doctor. Infection had set in by that time and I was starting to feel feverish, but the moment I walked in the door, I began to feel better. Everyone there, from the front desk receptionist to Dr. Lowry's assistant, to Dr. Lowry himself was friendly, caring and responsive to my needs. They clearly communicated my options and convinced me to go with a less invasive procedure. Because of Dr. Lowry's careful preparation and numbing of the area, the extraction itself was absolutely painless. I didn't even realize that he had removed the tooth until he offered to show it to me. Afterwards, Dr. Lowry and his assistant made sure that I understood the post-care protocol and took the time to answer all of my questions. I live in Seattle and visit Boise for work. I wish I could find a practice like this in Seattle.

Fabulous knowledgeable staff. Dr Moss is terrific and dental hygienist Naomi is absolutely the best. So patient and helpful. Puts me at ease and that’s saying lots because dental appointments have created anxiety in the past!

They are the nicest people. My son fell on his scooter and broke his two front teeth. It was late in the evening. The dentist met me at his office and examined my son after hours. We went back a couple days later and he fixed his front teeth flawlessly! Now our whole family goes there and we all have had good experiences. Highly recommended!
