Great staff!! So kind and respectful! Also attentive I was really impressed my first Time seeing someone there was last week and I was shocked about how kind everyone was sadly it’s a surprise these days even in businesses, but this place definitely was truly a genuinely kind place

Taylor is amazing and very kind and thorough. Greatful to have her overseeing my care and my 14 year old daughter. Dinesh is very gentle and skilled with his blood draws! Thank you!!!

The quality of care and the “human experience” that I’ve received at Family Health Care has been life-changing. From the medication regime they’ve put me on, for daily needs, along with the endless visits observing and documenting my pain, to obtaining a diagnosis and managing my pain ( both in house and through referrals), they have been available and dependable. I would like to thank the staff at Family Health Care for their continued help in so many areas in my life, in which I had/have ailments. They have helped with my anxiety issues and have even aided in managing my mental health. Recently, they did a stellar job at helping with my ongoing chronic pain. They referred me to get x-rays, which then allowed them to diagnosis me. EXAMPLE OF THEIR ONGOING PERSEVERANCE TO HELP ME: Please keep in mind that the following has nothing to do with Family Health. We hit a stumbling block at my long awaited, referred, pain management clinic appt today. The confusion at that appt. was that even though this clinic led us to believe they practiced “pain management”, they DID NOT. They only dealt in surgeries, something I’m not prepared for, yet. After sadly finding this out, we immediately drove over to Family Health to inform them of what had happened. The staff, at the front desk, truly listened to my concern and got me in RIGHT THEN to see Dinesh, who works with Taylor Tipton. Dinesh goes above and beyond in making sure to, not only help with the immediate issue, but also tying up any loose ends. He explains the process to you so that you completely understand what they, as a team, are going to do, as well as what he, personally, will do to help you. Dinesh is a doer, he does what he says he will do and he goes out of his way to strategize and make sure that you leave their office feeling well informed and taken care of. Taylor Tipton is amazing, as she and Dinesh both talked about my issues, came up with a plan and executed that plan, all while making sure my husband and I understood what was being done and how. Taylor Tipton (and Dinesh of course) make you feel like you truly matter. They treat you like a person, not a number. Because of the help from Family Health Care, I am able to function today, and we have a plan, moving forward, to insure that I have continuous relief, so that I can live my life without being bedridden. I would also like to thank Dr. Ballance, as he is the first one that I met at Family Health, years ago, when I established care with him. They: Dr Ballance, Taylor Tipton, Dinesh and several other nurses, along with front desk staff, have worked as team to make my life better. Thank you, Family Health, for giving me a quality of life. The staff was friendly, informative, efficient, and professional. Was in and out within an hour and was able to get the medicine needed there.

Taylor Tipton and Dinesh are truly top-tier providers. Both Taylor and Dinesh are kind, warm, friendly, and approachable. They have excellent bedside manner. It's so refreshing to have a provider who truly listens to you for understanding, demonstrates a capacity for empathy that is far too elusive in this feild, and has a collaborative, solution-oriented approach. I am completley at ease and comfortable discussing my medical needs. Taylor takes her job and my medical needs seriously and provides patient-centeted care. I'm so grateful to have found these two gems in the gem state!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any medical facility in my life. I see Dr. Taylor Tipton. She was nice in person, and seemed to have it together… But when I left, they sent all of my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and they all had the wrong dose. I had to call and have them correct it and it took several days for them to correct it and then when they did send it to the right pharmacy they still sent to the wrong dose. and then I had another prescription that took three weeks for them to send in. I called every day sometimes three or four times a day asking if they would send it in and they kept telling me and assuring me that they would do it right now, but then for some reason did not. It when it finally did get sent in it was sent in wrong. The amount of stress and chaos that I had to go through because of this office is insane. I even ended up having a seizure because they sent in the wrong medication. I have a strong feeling that the doctors at this medical practice do not actually have degrees and that the owner just hires people off the street who can play a role. I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Taylor Tipton and Dinesh absolutely made my day today. I’ve never been to a place where they addressed all my concerns in a single visit. I’ll be glad to come back!!
