I can’t say enough good things about Katelyn. For over a month, she helped me deal with my HSA company while they kept delaying my reimbursement and making the whole process way more difficult than it needed to be. It was so frustrating, but she was there to help me every step of the way. She made sure I had all of the right documents and answered every question I had. She even went above and beyond by responding to an email I forwarded to her, and she got back to me within an hour. Her willingness to help and how quickly she responded really showed how much she cares about the patients she works with. Thanks to her hard work and persistence, I finally received my reimbursement. It’s not often that you find someone who truly advocates for patients and goes the extra mile to help them.

This company dumped thousands of documents in a random dumpster not shredded or redacted and covered in PHI. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Everyone be extremely careful working with this business. They had a bunch of PHI from their business found in a dumpster, miles away from the practice. All of it fully intact and you could see patients ssn #, phone #, addresses, ect. Please protect yourselves!!

This is public knowledge - They dumped patient medical records in a dumpster 2 miles from the office without shredding them or proper protocols. If you value your privacy and HIPAA rights, maybe go somewhere else.

I normally go through other places for my dermatologist appointments and have been dissatisfied with the work or maintenance, but I can say that coming in for the first time the other day I had a lovely crew of ladies help ensure that my appointment went smoothly and made sure I was taken care of. They did an amazing job clearing up a mole that needed a small procedure to get removed. Shout to Charlie, Izzy, Sierra, Aiyanna, and Alex. They all were amazing from the moment entering the front doors and exiting. These girls deserve a raise. Definitely check this place out and if you have any of them, then you know you’re in good hands!!!
