I was told I needed estrogen from my GYN years ago without blood work and I never felt good. I met with Dr. Mindy, had a complete hormonal lab panel, and found out that I was too high in estrogen and my other hormones were not balanced. After 3 years of hormone therapy, I feel better now than I did in my late 30’s and early 40’s. I am so grateful for her expertise and optimizing my hormones.
