Honestly, the dental hygienist was pretty rude. She kept asking if I had any questions and when I’d ask she kept getting frustrated that I was asking and was very passive aggressive. I’m mostly upset that I had to have 5 fillings done on my teeth. I’ve never had braces, I’ve never had whitening treatments & once you drill into your teeth you can never go back. I try to take care of them. I was skeptical about it to begin with because I had been to another dentist for two months before coming here and the only thing he said was that I brush too hard and it’s starting to cause gum recession. Sedation dentist told me after my X-rays that I have gingivitis and needed 5 fillings. I was told I would have to come in every 3 months for cleanings, purchase a mouth spray and special toothpaste. I’ve purchased several products I probably didn’t need and the tooth paste started staining my teeth. Just for reference I included a picture of my teeth. I am skeptical about their services, and genuinely wonder if they provided services and products I didn’t need so they could charge my insurance. I am not a dentist & have no education in dentistry so I trusted them. During one of the fillings they struggled getting what I believe was a metal spacer between my teeth and I heard something crack, when I told the dentist his response was “could be, i don’t know” they also told me the rough feeling would go away after I brush a few times. It did mostly go away next day besides where it’s impacted between my teeth still feels rough. When I went the 2nd time, I had to ask them to fix the fillings again because I could barely fit the floss between my teeth and the floss breaks between my teeth where all the fillings are. And now after this 2nd appointment where they did the rest of the fillings my bottom tooth is hitting one of my top teeth, everywhere they did fillings in the back is still painful, my bite is messed up and the floss breaks between the teeth they did the fillings. On one side it’s so jagged and rough it’s begging to put pressure on the bottom teeth. I have sensitivity to hot and cold I didn’t have before the appointments and After the appointment I had I asked them to fix it several times and they did attempt to but it was not fixed. I now have pain I didn’t have before, there’s constant pressure where the fillings were, I have sensitive didn’t have before (I have never had pain with any fillings before or ever returned to have any fillings fixed at any dentists I’ve seen before.) I let them know at that appointment I wanted to get it fixed before I left because I specifically did not want to come back. Besides this I will say the dentist and his assistant that did all the fillings and the front desk staff was very welcoming and I appreciate the dentist and his assistant for being kind and patient with me. But I do not recommend this dentist office, due to this experience. And will not be returning.

I wish I could follow Dr. Edminsten to Idaho! He is a very knowledgeable and friendly dentist who always delivers the best care. Hands down a shame that he moved states. You'll be in good hands with him.

They got me in within 1.5 hours of calling even though I had never been seen there before. I had extreme pain in a molar and they’ve blown away my expectations. They were even able to start working on it the same day. They’ve been very understanding of my anxiety as well. Just amazing!

Dr. Crump did an implant restoration for me with the help of IV sedation. I was extremely impressed with the care and comfort they gave me. I got the impression that Dr. Crump and his dental staff truly cared for my well being and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed before starting the procedure. When I woke up I was feeling good and had no pain at all. Great experience!!!! I highly recommend DR. Crump and Idaho Center for Sedation Dentistry for anybody.
