This was my first time here and Shane was great. He even called in Dr Laramie to get a second opinion on what was going on with my hand. Very impressed.

I felt like I waited a long time and then I was rushed through. The PA did take the most time with me though. I also had trouble using the portal. The code I was given never worked properly, so I had to complete a bunch of paperwork quickly with a bum hand.
