My dental services are good however, like many businesses, their phone reps truly need to get back to work, I actually woke up the two and he was so sleepy he couldn't answer my question. this is becoming a huge problem with all businesses. people are not disciplined enough to work without supervision

I was greeted with a smile, professional staff, very helpful they fix me up in no time. They also referred me to an oral surgeon, was able to make an appointment for me ASAP I love this place, small town atmosphere

If anyone is looking for great dental care in Boise, I could not recommend Idaho Street Dental more. The staff are all so organized and caring, and Dr. Hastings is so kind and attentive to detail. I have only ever had the best experience there for my check ups and dental treatment. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

One week into a 4-week road trip and I had a tooth bothering me. A quick phone call to Idaho Street Dental resulted in an appointment two hours later, a diagnosis, referral to an oral surgeon, and complete resolution of my issue 3 hours later. The office and every staff member projected terrific energy and a vibe...upbeat, friendly, kind & caring. Thanks for saving my vacation and accommodating me during my short stay in Boise!

This is the just the best dentist office and not sure how I got so lucky finding this gem! I appreciate the small office where everyone knows me and remembers who I am each appointment. Not only is the dentist and the team topnotch, so is the dental work and procedures. The team cares about my well-being and doing their best dental work and they always work with me when it comes to payment. I have been with this office since moving to Boise (2015) and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. They are stuck with me!

Never thought that I would say this about a dentist office, but I love this place! Starting from the first phone call, I had a good impression. The front office admin, Debbie, is knowledgeable and kind. She strives to keep you both comfortable with the process and informed about procedures, billing and office policies. Both the hygienist and dentist are candid and friendly. Typically, I am terrified of dentists. I sat in the office waiting for panic to set in... but it never did. I wasn't left for too long... in the front waiting room, or the dentists chair. Everything was smooth, except for my messed up mouth. Even then, I have had lectures about my health and teeth from other offices. Never once here though did I feel like anyone was judging me or anything of the sort. Rather, each step of the way, everything was discussed with me. They took my preference into account and I left with a solid treatment plan for the future. It has been years since I have felt comfortable enough to return to an office, but I think over the next few months I may actually have found a place that I trust to do the work that I need done. I am so glad that I found this office!
